Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. • Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews. • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Post job openings on various hiring platforms. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. • Ensure timely closures of assigned positions. • Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports. • Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets. • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
