Key Responsibilities
• Client Coordination: Understand client company requirements, roles, budgets, and work cultures.
• Talent Sourcing: Search job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and use professional networks.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video calls, and assess candidate fit.
• Pipeline Management: Schedule client interviews, track feedback, and maintain database records.
• Negotiation & Closing: Discuss salary packages, notice periods, and manage offer rollouts.
Required Skills
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Familiarity with Job Portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
