Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

• Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and company websites.

🔹 Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls or interviews.

🔹 Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Coordinate interview rounds and maintain communication with candidates.

🔹 Candidate Communication

• Provide job details, salary structure, and company information to candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

🔹 Recruitment Process Management

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

🔹 Employer Branding

• Promote company culture and job opportunities on social media platforms.

🔹 Onboarding Support

• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
