Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, especially for sales and real estate roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of hiring quality talent within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining)

• Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds

• Schedule and follow up with candidates till onboarding

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Meet monthly hiring targets

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Target-oriented mindset

Salary:

Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on hiring performance

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days working)
