HR Recruiter

Your Role:

• Source candidates through job portals and social media

• Screen and shortlist profiles

• Coordinate interviews with clients

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Maintain candidate follow-ups and database

Salary & Growth:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to 15,000 per month

• Performance-based salary increments every 3 months

• Joiner CTC up to ₹5 LPA → ₹1,000 per joiner

• Joiner CTC above ₹5 LPA → ₹5,000 per joiner

• Joiner CTC above ₹10 LPA → 0.1% of CTC
  (Example: ₹10 LPA = ₹10,000 | ₹20 LPA = ₹20,000)
