We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and supporting the hiring needs of the organization.

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates until joining

Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets

Support HR operations when required

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply

Experience in recruitment is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

🕘 Work Details

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Weekly Off: 1 Day (Rotational)

Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
