Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy HR Recruiter whose primary responsibility is continuous hiring of travel professionals including Travel Consultants, Visa Consultants, Sales Executives, and Operations staff.
This role demands someone who can hire at scale, fast, and consistently, while also managing basic HR operations like attendance and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Responsibility – Recruitment (70–80%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
Travel Consultants (Domestic & International)
Visa Consultants
Sales & Operations Executives
Ensure daily hiring pipeline and closures
Source candidates via:
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Social media & WhatsApp groups
References and walk-ins
Conduct:
Initial screening calls
Interview scheduling & coordination
Maintain daily interview-to-joining ratio
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) from sourcing to joining
Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline
Follow up aggressively to ensure candidate joining & retention
2. HR Operations (20–30%)
Maintain daily attendance & leave records
Assist in onboarding & documentation
Maintain employee database
Coordinate with team leaders for manpower planning
Handle basic employee queries
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & convincing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven hiring environment
Experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
Good understanding of travel industry roles (preferred)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Comfortable with calling candidates throughout the day
