Job Brief

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle hiring process. You will find, interview, and bring in the best talent to grow our team. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities

• Plan Hiring: Meet with managers to learn about open jobs and required skills.

• Write Job Posts: Create clear and appealing job descriptions.

• Source Talent: Search for active and passive candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.

• Screen Resumes: Review applications to find qualified matches.

• Conduct Interviews: Run initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to check skills and culture fit.

• Coordinate Schedules: Set up meetings between candidates and hiring managers.

• Make Offers: Handle job offers and salary negotiations.

• Onboard Hires: Help new workers settle into the company.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of work in recruitment or human resources.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Communication: Great listening and speaking skills.

• Tech Skills: Know how to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office.

• Organization: Ability to handle many open roles at the same time
