Job Responsibilities

Understand client IT requirements and technical job descriptions.

Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional requirements.

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.

Conduct follow-up calls and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Learn end-to-end IT recruitment with guidance from experienced recruiters.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers only

BE / B.Tech (All Engineering Streams)

BCA

MCA

M.Tech

M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology)

Candidates should have good technical knowledge and an understanding of basic IT concepts.

Desired Skills

Basic understanding of software technologies and IT roles.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in the IT recruitment domain.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive.
