We are looking for HR Recruiter/HR Executive at Mira Bhayander for a leading RPO company. Candidates will get hike once they complete probation period. Candidates will get Diploma in HR management after completion of 1 year. Every Saturday team event.

Qualification needed: Minimum 10th pass

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sourcing profiles based on the given job description from various job portals.

2. Telephonic Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview

3. Sourcing and selecting potential candidates from various online channels, for a company.

4. Listen Properly requirements of recruiting companies

5. Preparing Job Descriptions

6. Screening incoming resumes and application forms

7. Taking follow up with candidates.

8. Scheduling interviews with clients etc.
