🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers
• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
🔹 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
• Proactive approach with strong coordination skills
