Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social platforms, career pages, and employee referral channels.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, networking, campus outreach, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and fit.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback collection, and communication with candidates and interview panels.
Manage candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Support offer preparation, negotiation, background verification coordination, and pre-boarding activities.
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and equal opportunity hiring practices.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
