We are hiring HR Recruiter (Freshers)!!
📍 Location: 4th Floor, Padam High Street, opp. Panchvati, Fatehabad road,Agra, Uttar Pradesh (282001)

🎓 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory (MBA in HR Preferred)
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts
🔍 Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
Following up with shortlisted candidates

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (Mandatory)
MBA in HR preferred
Good communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Basic knowledge of MS Office
