𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔ End-to-end recruitment for IT positions

✔ Understanding client requirements and sourcing profiles through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

✔ Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews

✔ Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients

✔ Strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process

✔ Salary negotiation and offer discussion

✔ Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily reports

✔ Building a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing

✔ Good understanding of IT roles and technologies

✔ Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:

✔ Experience in Domestic IT Staffing

✔ Immediate joiners preferred
