About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated In-House Recruiter to join our team at a corporate gifting company. This role involves managing hiring requirements across multiple industries and business verticals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders, and managing multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Handle multiple positions efficiently while maintaining quality hiring standards
