Job Description – HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Khasra No. 445m And, Others, Tehsil Dhaulana, Bhovapur, Uttar Pradesh 245304
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews, release offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
