Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Sales roles, especially Field Sales (Junior to Mid-level).
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and databases.
Manage client coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer follow-ups.
Handle multiple hiring mandates and ensure timely closures.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience in a Recruitment Agency / Staffing Firm is mandatory.
Strong client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
