Position: HR Recruitment Executive
Location: Matunga - Mumbai
Exp: 2+ years

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
