Job Title: IT/Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 1-4Years ( IT/Non-IT Hiring )

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join

our growing team in Dwarka sector 07, As a IT/ Non-IT Recruiter, you will be

responsible for sourcing ,screening, and hiring candidates for various IT/NON-IT

roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 1-4years of

experience in IT/Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire

recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for

various IT/NON-IT roles.

● Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job

portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

● Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct

preliminary interviews.

● Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and

ensure a seamless recruitment process.

● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to

onboarding.

● Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring

metrics.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely

communication and feedback.

Requirements:

● 1-4years of experience in IT /Non-IT recruitment.

● Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Familiarity with various job portals social media recruitment and

applicant tracking systems (ATS)

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
