Job Description

Role - Sr. Executive Recruitment

Location -Kilpauk Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

• Handle internal hiring for healthcare and hospital roles, including both clinical and non-clinical positions.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement until joining.

• Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Mandatory experience in healthcare and hospital recruitment.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

• Hands-on experience using major job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment timelines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
