Position Details

Role: IT & Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Salary: Open for Discussion

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
Screen and evaluate candidates as per job requirements
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
Conduct initial HR screening interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles
Handle offer discussions and ensure smooth candidate onboarding
Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proven experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines efficiently
