Job Title: HR Recruiter (Work From Home}
Role:
End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers. Responsible for achieving hiring targets within timelines.
Requirements:
• Graduate
• 6 months – 2 years recruitment experience
• Good communication skills
• Target-driven mindset
Salary: Performance-based (incentives 1000 to 2000 per joining)
Mobile Allowance - 500rs per month.
Work Schedule: 6 days working
Timing 10 to 6 pm (Flexible timing between this time period)
