Identify and acquire new corporate clients for HR services
Pitch recruitment solutions and other HR services to HR Heads, Business Owners, and Hiring Managers
Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and closures
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition targets
Attend networking events, job fairs, and corporate meetings whenever needed.
Understand client hiring requirements, JD, and turnaround timelines
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client needs
Coordinate interviews and follow up till offer & joining
Maintain recruitment TAT and delivery quality
Handle replacements as per agreed terms
Act as single point of contact for assigned clients
Track mandates, closures, revenue, and billing
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment & BD reports
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in client acquisition for recruitment
Hands-on recruitment across junior, mid & senior levels
Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work independently and close mandates
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience in HR consultancy / staffing firm mandatory
Exposure to sales, business development, or client servicing
Ability to handle multiple requirements
Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)
