Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine and Indeed.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Candidates with prior HR recruitment experience will be preferred.
