Recruiter – Starmax HR Services

Location: Patrakar Colony, Mansarovar, Jaipur
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and referrals
Screen candidates for skills, experience, salary, and availability
Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers
Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer negotiations
Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Requirements:

Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)
Good communication in English & Hindi
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Sheets
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Experience: Non-IT recruitment preferred; Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
