Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles such as Sales .
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and consultancy networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for BFSI industry requirements.
• Maintain recruitment database and track hiring progress through HRMS or recruitment tools.
• Conduct background verification and document collection as per compliance guidelines.
