Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various client requirements, including roles such as picker packer, delivery executive, telesales, demo executive, and manufacturing profiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Understand client hiring needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills in Kannada/Hindi + English
6 months – 2 years of experience in recruitment
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Location: kudlugate
Salary: As per industry standards
