HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across various departments, helping the company find and hire top talent to meet our business objectives.

Job description:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

• Develop and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.

• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).

• Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone/video interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

• Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a talent pipeline.

• Assist with onboarding processes and documentation.

• Track and report key recruitment metrics.
