HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, BPO, and Bulk Hiring requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, references, and personal networks.

• Conduct mass hiring drives and coordinate walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.

• Ensure daily interview line-ups and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

• Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure maximum joining ratios.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT, BPO, and Bulk Hiring.

• Strong candidate database and an active professional network.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, social media recruitment, and other sourcing platforms.

• Experience in conducting job postings, job fairs, walk-in drives, and bulk recruitment campaigns.

• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.

• Target-oriented recruiter with a proven track record of achieving hiring closures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
