We are hiring a passionate HR Recruiter to join our team Softlogic Systems at KK Nagar, Chennai. Candidates residing in or around OMR are highly preferred.

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: OMR Navalur, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Strong communication, coordination, and sourcing skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Use various job portals and social media to attract suitable candidates

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
