Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

• Manage job postings on portals and social media

• Coordinate onboarding and documentation process

• Support other HR operations when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

• Good understanding of hiring processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring for training/education sector

• Knowledge of Excel or HR software

• Strong negotiation skills

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
