SKYLARK HR SOLUTIONS is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our growing team as HR Recruiters.

Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating interviews with clients and candidates
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports
• Building strong candidate relationships
