Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across various industries.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, social media, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure timely closures.

• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Manage recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily reporting.

• Ensure quality hiring and adherence to defined TAT.

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
