Job Summary: - Tech Earth Global Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with an IT recruitment background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer and joining process.

• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good knowledge of IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and candidate profiles.

• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
