About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements

• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure proper candidate engagement until successful joining

• Handle recruitment targets and achieve hiring requirements within the given timelines

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and daily/weekly reports

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
✅ Experience using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing
✅ Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets
✅ Good follow-up and coordination skills
✅ Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting will be an advantage
✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred
