Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Depending on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and placement cells.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.

• Schedule interviews with department heads and management.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

• Experience in recruitment will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
