Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and company policies to candidates.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

• Prepare and share recruitment-related reports and updates.

• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.

• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with candidates.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

• Strong convincing, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
