Job Description:
What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned position.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Schedule and manage interview processes.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.

• Handle offer rollouts and follow up till joining

• Support onboarding and documentation process

• Maintain positive candidate experience and employer branding.

 Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Experience in bulk hiring or corporate hiring preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle.

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.

• Negotiation and coordination skills.

• Time management and result-oriented approach.
