Job description:
Identify candidates to fill internal and client openings through cold calling, interviewing, internet -based recruiting tools, referral generation
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Hire for multiple job positions (IT Profiles and Non-IT Profiles-Junior, Middle and Senior level positions) for US based Clients.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, Scheduling interviews, and reference checks
Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements.
Sourcing Candidate as per JD'S provided by the U.S. Clients.
Proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought-after candidates for client marketing.
Requirements:
Applicant Should possess excellent communication skills.
Applicant should be Willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)
Applicant should be comfortable to join immediately and doing Work from Office
