Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to begin a career in HR and recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in understanding client requirements and job descriptions.

·         Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, etc.

·         Call them and explain them about the client’s details and about the roles and responsibilities.

·         Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

·          Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.

·          Follow up with candidates and client’s post-interviews.

·          Support the recruitment team with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably HR, Management).

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.

·         Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·         Positive attitude, team spirit, and self-motivation.
