Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate with clients / internal hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and feedback
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / Excel
Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment timelines
