Immediate Vacancy for Selling Apartments

Company: SCG Career Pvt Ltd

Location: Mathikere, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from office

Working Days: 6 Days, (5 Days WFO and Sat WFH)

Working Hours: 9 hours

Education: Any degree UG graduates.

Salary: 15KPM to 25KPM

Experience:

· Minimum 6 months to 1 years experience as a Selling Apartments.

· Selling the Rental and Apartments.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Willing to relocate or currently residing within 5 km of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
Understand the customer’s requirements — budget, location, size, amenities, and investment goals.
Present available apartment options that meet those needs effectively.
Build trust and rapport to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

· Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale to encourage referrals.
