Job వివరణ

End to end recruitment

· Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and joining.

Tele-Calling

· Spending 6 hours per day on calling until get the quality profiles according to Client requirement.

· Sharing the shortlisted resumes to hiring manager with the Tracker.

· Set up second round interviews with the hiring manager.

· Following up with the client/hiring manager and with candidates.

Meeting Co-ordination

· Write emails professionally to share any information to the prospective client to seek about the requirements.

· Write emails professionally to all hiring manager and candidates.

Being the communication bridge between the prospective Client and the candidates to ensure accuracy from interview schedules to joining formalities.
