Job Description – HR Recruiter (Technical Sales Hiring Focus)

Job Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical sales profiles across Pan India, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring for all sales positions. The role involves full ownership of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical sales roles across India, including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Hiring.

• Identify and source candidates using multiple channels: Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media platforms.

• Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales & HR teams to understand technical sales requirements and role specifications.

• Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and analyze recruitment efficiency.

• Assist in onboarding selected candidates and ensure proper documentation and induction process.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on technical sales or B2B sales profiles.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with strict timelines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently with end-to-end ownership of recruitment.
