We are hiring passionate Domestic Recruiters with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for India staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing positions across multiple domains.
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Handle full recruitment cycle for domestic positions.
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media & referrals.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate telephonic, virtual & in-person interviews.
Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
Manage stakeholder communication & ensure timely closures.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet hiring deadlines.
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
2–3 years experience in domestic recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills & understanding of Indian job market.
Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience hiring for IT/Non-IT roles (preferred).
