We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for daily hiring calls, explaining job roles to applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interview rounds, managing the floor, handling induction, completing joining formalities, and maintaining HR reports.
Key responsibilities
A. Candidate Sourcing & Calling
1. Call candidates who apply through various job portals and platforms.
2. Provide complete information about the company, job openings, and work responsibilities.
B. Interview Coordination
1. Schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
2. Conduct the first round of interviews for shortlisted candidates.
3. Maintain interview attendance, feedback, and status reports.
C. Floor Management
1. Manage daily floor activities and assist new joiners.
2. Handle queries from employees and ensure smooth operations.
D. Induction & Joining Formalities
1. Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
2. Complete joining formalities including document collection and verification.
3. Explain company policies, procedures, and code of conduct to new hires.
E. Reporting & Documentation
1. Maintain daily/weekly hiring and recruitment reports.
2. Track candidate pipeline, interview status, and joining updates.
3. Update management on important information such as events, birthdays, notices, etc.
F. Coordination & Support
1. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
2. Ensure smooth communication between HR, management, and employees.
