Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from the HR Manager.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and testing with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and assessments.
Negotiate offers and compensation with selected candidates.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Maintain recruitment data using MS Excel.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment processes.
Understanding of employee referral programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good judgment, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Monday-Saturday (9am-6pm)
