We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clientsMaintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackersEnsure compliance with company hiring policies and timelinesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipelineAssist in offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalitiesSupport HR operations and reporting as requiredFor overseas recruitment agency
