About the Role

Rev Lead is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented HR Supervisor / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day human resource operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.

• Prepare, review, and update job descriptions as per organizational requirements.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in coordination with the HR team.

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, leave, and attendance data.

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.

• Prepare and issue HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.

• Coordinate full and final settlements and ensure timely processing.

• Conduct exit interviews and recommend appropriate corrective actions, wherever required.

• Coordinate effectively with employees, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of human resource management and recruitment processes.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Sound knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.

• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong coordination skills and a proactive, professional approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and HR management systems is preferred.
