We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at RECRUITMENT SPOT to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling Candidates and pitching them the right job fitment
• Co-ordinating and following up with candidates on daily basis.
• Getting involved in Head Hunting and generating references.
• Getting right candidates through Job portals and references for the assigned job Openings.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher.
This position is only open for FEMALE FRESHERS and HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) ASPIRANTS.
